Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. ( I have a full time job so orders will be shipped as soon as possible)

During Covid-19 your order may be delayed 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free shipping on all orders over $100.

International shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Through the chaos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at chris@throughthechaos.ca with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
